Qualification Process
To become an OA patient, you must be referred by your primary care provider. For a list of our community clinic partners that refer to Operation Access, view Community Clinics.
To see the kinds of procedures that are provided through OA, view Types of Procedures.
After your clinic sends us the referral, an OA representative will call you. During the call, we will describe how our program works, ask you several basic questions to determine if you qualify for the program, and answer any questions you may have.
If you do qualify for Operation Access, we will mail you a letter that fully explains the program and process, and notify your clinic.
If you do not qualify, we will notify you and your clinic.
